Create Wi-Fi HotSpot With Your Computer

Use your computer to create a Wi-Fi hotspot to share your computer internet you can do this through the Command Prompt. To successfully do that, use the Administrator privilege to run the command.

In the Command Prompt enter the following command to enable Wi-Fi Hotspot.

Enter  netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=Hotspotname key=password

To start Hotspot

Enter   netsh wlan start hostednetwork

To stop hotspot
Enter netsh wlan stop hostednetwork

Sharing this hotspot for everyone to use the internet connection, go to Network and Internet option from Control panel and click on View Network Status and Tasks and then click on Change Adaptor Setting in the left panel.

Now right click on the internet connection you are using and click on Properties. Go to Sharing tab and check the option Allow other network users to connect through this computer’s internet connection to share your internet connection.
